BRIEF WISSELING het schrijfkabinet

My exhibition BRIEF WISSELING in het Huis van Alijn in Gent has passed.  But there are a lot of pictures of this project I haven't shown on the blog. The first serie is of the 'schrijfkabinet', a place in the exhibition were the public was invited to sit, to read, write a letter, type on a typewriter, leave a message on the board or actually put it in the mailbox. Over 1000 letters were send to people all over the world during the project.

at the exhibition BRIEF WISSELING in het Huis van Alijn.

On her blog a nice serie of photo's of her lovely contribution and see for yourself why people want to respond!

BRIEF WISSELING

Het Huis van Alijn in Gent and the project BRIEF WISSELING received great mail from Kristen Donegan.

You can see her letter on the wall POSTVAK IN/UIT in the exhibition right now!

blog in de brievenbus

A new project from Laury van Eerd.

During the project BRIEF WISSELING in het Huis van Alijn in Gent she started 'bloggenindebrievenbus'.

If you want one of these postcards on your doorstep just send here an email.

Soirée Correspondance

Impressions of the opening of  BRIEF WISSELING. A lot of messages were send and received that night. For example: a flying tweet, a drawing sms, a personal handed sms. A lot of already written letters could be found in the lettershop. With the help and input of a few young and creative people it was a great succes.
Thank you!! It was heart warming to see a lot of people writing and sending letters that night.

BRIEF WISSELING

The flyer of the project BRIEF WISSELING I'm curating in the Huis van Alijn in Gent. I'm very happy with the result. We can customize the front with stamps! Tell you more later.
